General Members Meeting

March marks the return of General Member Meetings to CTHD.

We will be meeting in the HOG Meeting Room upstairs
AND
We will be broadcasting the meeting via Zoom for folks not comfortable in that environment due to COVID concerns.

We are going to attempt to broadcast the meeting via Zoom. We want everyone to be able to participate, regardless of individual views of personal safety. We don't require masks. We do require respect for each other's personal choices, like HD Riders always do. Be sensitive to each other's preferences, and work together to have an enjoyable experience. There's even an After-Meeting Ride to an open air lunch.

There are no COVID mandates that apply to the dealership in Williamson County, and the dealership has asked to resume onsite meetings. It is requested to continue safe distancing where possible and masking when not, consistent with CDC guidelines.

This may be a learning experience, as we haven't tried a hybrid meeting approach before, but we're willing to give it a try.

Take Note: There will be no food served at this meeting. We're going to take this one step at a time on exposure protocols.
