2026 San Antonio

It's time to saddle up our iron ponies and head 'em up and move 'em out to the Alamo City!! Our adventure begins promptly at 7:30 am at the dealership as we venture to the south via some very familiar roads.  This year's round up will take some newer routes and a newer spot for lunch before hitting San Antonio.  As in previous rides, our route into San Antonio will be the easiest and least ( for the most part! ) amount of heavy traffic.  We plan on a waterstop in Bastrop before our first gas stop in Luling.  Anticipated KSD time at the Menger will be shortly before 3:00 pm for check in and free time to explore the sights and sounds of the Riverwalk, Downtown San Antonio, the Alamo plus whatever else you'd like to check out.  

You are on your own "free time" until we go KSU on Sunday morning for our return trip home at 8:45 am.

Be sure to register early and RSVP on HOGscan to give your wrangler's, Esquire and the Rev, a more accurate number of participants.

Room rate is $139 plus taxes per night. You must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge for the room. The block of 15 rooms expires May 23,2026. Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 11am. NOTE: Motorcycle parking is $45 per slot. Four motorcycles, or 1 trike & 2 motorcycles, are allowed per slot. The parking company will try its best to accomodate parking the motorcyles/trikes under a covered spot.

After securing your hotel reservation, please REGISTER HERE to register for the overnight ride. This ensures the road captains know you are going and also so you will receive any communications concerning the ride.
