When was the last time that you had a hubcap sized pancake?  Or a good ol' country sized breakfast fit for a king?? It probably hasn't been since the last time we ventured to the Junction Cafe in beautiful downtown Bertram, Texas!!  But never fear, the Esquire and Linda will escort this parade to this favorite eating establishment in order to put on this hearty feedbag!!  Will head out from the HEB at 8:00 am for a short ride to the cafe, followed by a ride through the countryside that will get us KSD at the dealership about 10:30 am before the solar blast furnace goes in high gear.  And if you are some of the faithful that haven't tried the Junction Cafe, now is no better time to try this gem.  Come on out, y'all!!!
