It’s time to head down the New Ulm way for lunch at the Texas Star Café. John and Robert will be your guides on this adventure which has a great combination of highway, FM and county roads for your riding pleasure. It’s been a while since we’ve visited this historically German-influenced area so if you have never heard of New Ulm, TX, it is located between Columbus and LaGrange. If you still don’t know, it’s best you come along and find out!
