Join The Professor and the Reverend as we swing around, to what else? BBQ in Elgin. This ride before Valentine’s Day is designed to get you and your sweetie moving in the right direction, and fill your belly at the same time. We’ll do a L1 ride of 80 miles to Southside BBQ, KSU CTHD at 10 am. That should get us to the restaurant about 11, early enough to beat the crowd. We’ll return to CTHD with KSD around 1 pm, giving you plenty of time to go get that special Valentine’s Day gift you forgot to get the week before!!
