Something old, something new and something blue!  No, it’s not a wedding that we are talking about, but our annual trip to the front porch in Flatonia!  So what are the new, old and blue that is going to make this special?  Something new is going to be a new continuation of our 3 day overnight, occurring earlier in the year:  June 10th to the 12th.  Other new items to ponder is the choice of local attractions that might spark your interest.  Biggest new attraction is a group ride to the famous Painted Churches on Saturday morning.  The Shiner brewery is in the neighborhood for tours as well.  Something old:   Comraderie, friendship and tall stories on the Front Porch while enjoying your favorite beverage.  Of course “ what happens on the front porch, stays on the front porch “.  Our chapter dinner on Saturday night at Robert’s Steakhouse is the event of the famed “ One Mile Ride “ which only one member has attained that goal as of this date!  And something blue:  the gorgeous blue skies overhead as we roll down some gorgeous roads and beautiful scenery!!

This Level 4 adventure goes KSU at 7:30 am on the 10th from the Pavilion at CTHD with Esquire and the Reverend are your Road Captains.  KSD at the Ollie Hotel is projected a little after 1:00 pm.  Rumor has it that there could be a little “surprise” for those who participate!  Stay tuned!   Projected mileage is around 300+.
