GM Breakfast Ride / Luna's Tacos - Round Rock / Louis and Doug / L1 / CTHD / 0800 am

What food (other than BBQ) is more Central Texas than any other? Breakfast Tacos! One of the things I noticed when moving to Texas was the number of Donut and Taco shops. During COVID restrictions, Luna's Tacos in Round Rock opened close to our home. Some days, Heather and I would eat there for both Breakfast and Lunch. I build my own breakfast taco (Egg, Chorizo, Refried Beans, and Cheese). Heather is a fan of the Marbellous Egg (Two Deep Fried Egg Yolks, Potatoes, Green Onions, Fried Jalapeños, Queso). You should also try the avocado salad. It's awesome!
