Greens Sausage House/Mark G and Thom N/L2/CTHD/10 am - Todays ride takes us up to a spot it been a long time since we've been to just east of Temple - Greens Sausage House. Greens made its start as a meat market, but now has a restaurant attached. If you're so inclined you might decide to buy some of their sausage to bring home with you. This ride will cover a total of 144 miles, with over half of those on the return trip. We'll depart CTHD at 10 am and cover 60 ish miles to the restaurant, putting us there about 11:30. If we need a stop on the way back we can stop in Bartlett. I'm estimating we will be back at CTHD by about 2:30 pm. Looking forward to riding this great route with you.
