Once upon a time, several Road Captains were sitting around a fire, enjoying adult beverages talking about rides we could or should do.  Highway Sixteen was brought up.  It is the longest state highway in the State of Texas, running from Zapata at the Texas/Mexico border to just south of Wichita Falls where it joins U.S. 281. Thom and John elected to tour the section from Loop 1604 (San Antonio/Helotes area) to Wichita Falls.  Friday, October 7th we will depart HEB-Leander headed south, we will catch lunch along the way and stay the night at Sunday House in Fredericksburg.   Saturday, October 8th we continue our journey North.  Planning lunch near Strawn/IH-20,then on to Wichita Falls.Sunday, we will return to where we began on Friday morning. Exact times and additional info will be coming shortly.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
