Join Alan and Casey on a L1 ride to a little bit of Cajun Country. The Louisiana Longhorn Café in Round Rock is “Ooowwweee, dat some good eatin’!” We’ll leave CTHD at 11:15 after the New Member Orientation Meeting (which starts at 10 am), head to the restaurant for an early lunch, then do a 65-mile loop out northeast. Then we’ll KSD back at CTHD by 2 pm. If you’ve never eaten there, bring your appetite, because they do fill you up.
