How about some OLD bar-b-que?  1915 OLD!!! That's when Vitek's Meat Market started just up the road in Granger but relocated to Waco in 1958 as Vitek's BBQ.  Hungry?  Try the "Gut Pack"!!!  Vitek's Menu

Technically this will be a MGToT run to Killeen, McGregor, and Waco but for those that enjoy good BBQ, we will hook you up at the end of the run.  Following lunch we make a fuel stop and a Dealer Check-in at HD Waco before a fast dash back home on I-35 with a Dealer check at Horny Toad HD Temple before arriving back at CTHD.
