Tex and Esquire are your tour guides thru "cornfield county" for breakfast/lunch at McCain's in Salado.  Please show NLT 8:30 am at CTHD for KSU @ 9:00 am if you're rolling on this 100 mile, Level 2 adventure.  Our departure will journey thru Walburg and Schwertner for lunch in Salado arriving about 10:45 am.  We'll c'mon back on the westside of I-35 rolling past the horse ranches and limestone quarries enroute to the dealership. Expect KSD around 2:15 pm.
